ComancheTrace.com, 877-467-6282

Comanche Trace is a master-planned golf community situated on 1,180 acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country near the small, vibrant town of Kerrville. Long the favorite of Texas travelers and visitors nationwide, this piece of Hill Country heaven offers wide open views and golf course values worth making the trip to explore and spend a lifetime.
Comanche Trace offers not only a variety of lifestyle choices, from charming courtyard homes to grand estate homes, it also has established amenities including a private river park, nature and jogging trails, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, private fishing lake, community garden, casual and fine dining. Homes and homesites exist to fit any lifestyle need, with custom lots starting at $49,000 and homes priced from the $280s to $1 million.
The centerpiece of the property is the par-72, 18-hole championship course designed by a trio of proud Texans and longtime Comanche Trace visitors Tom Kite, Roy Bechtol and Randy Russell. A third nine designed by the father-and-son team of Jay and Carter Morrish is scheduled to open in July 2008, adding to the golf-rich amenities.
Comanche Trace has recently been ranked among America’s Best 100 Master Planned Communities by Where to Retire Magazine and America’s Best Residential Courses by Golfweek, and one of America’s Top 100 Golf Communites by Travel and Leisure Golf.

Exceptional Golf, Remarkable Value...
Down home Texas comfort and scenery are showcased at four South and Southeast Texas golf courses operated by Foresight Golf.
The Bandit Golf Club, scenically set along the Comal River in New Braunfels, opened in 1997 and has long been a favorite for tourists and in-the-know locals. The Buckhorn Golf Course was built in 2000 in the nearby town of Comfort, and true to its city namesake, Buckhorn advertises itself as country cool and comfortable. The Republic Golf Club opened in 2002 and is located in South San Antonio just 10 minutes from famed Riverwalk. And Cypresswood Golf Club, a 54-hole facility just north of Houston, is the newest addition to the Foresight family of great golf courses.
